The haze craze may finally be passing. As not-a-fan of that juicy taste, I for one am glad to see regular IPAs making a comeback.
Totally agree, I like the occasional hazy but one is usually my limit. Quite like the bright IPAs on the market now.
Gutted to read about Salt District turning off the taps. Liam is a bloody great asset to the industry, the local community and the fridge. Lucky Piha.
Totally agree — he brought something cool to the area and sad to it go.
Hmm.
The bit on Plunkett at The Platform hosting conspiracy theorists links to an RNZ piece criticising him for being willing to talk with an antivaxxer.
But Plunkett was very pro vaccine - and able to reach an audience that would dismiss anything from RNZ as being 'woke disinformation' or somesuch.
Being able to argue against the anti-vaxxers, for an audience inclined in that direction, seems laudable rather than cancellable.
Damned shame.
Well spotted Eric, and fair point in that regard.
