From a consumer perspective there's just no comparison between the Woolworths offering and Foodstuffs'. I'm not saying this because New World sponsors this newsletter, just stating a fact. And re crossdrinking, Garage Project's alcoholic lemonade is surprisingly good, and not sweet like non-alcoholic lemonades.
Oh I totally agree — I have called to Woolies on occasion (desperation?) and always been disappointed by the offering … even in the Ponsonby store which was supposed to be high end! And I haven’t yet tried a boozy lemonade … but GP is as good a place to start as any. Thanks for the tip :)
